Why is everything so expensive?

Why is everything so expensive?

Or better yet, why can’t we have something for free? I think life is just too darn expensive and something needs to change.

not expensive
This book will be FREE on Oct 25

I know what you are thinking…Kim is posting on her blog TWICE in one week! Oh, my goodness. What am I up to now? Well, I am going to tell you.

As I write this, I am sitting in a hot house. No, really. My air has gone out. And y’all–it is HOT in central Florida right now. The good news is the repairman says he can get the part and have me back up and cooled today. On the other hand, bad news is: IT AIN’T FREE! OMG. Why is everything so expensive???

This led me to think about my books and why on earth I haven’t used any of my free days this year at Amazon. Aside from the fact that I happen to suck at book marketing… But, in my defense, you know, I am not the brightest bulb in the fridge these days. Dang. Y’all should regularly ask me for a special!

Are your books expensive, Kim?

Also, while I am on the subject of my books, I am working hard to finish up Hope for Tomorrow, a contemporary romance set in a fictional Tennessee town. I hope (see what I did there?) to have it up and out by the first of the year. And there’s biggggggger news coming, so if you haven’t signed up for the newsletter, please do that at the link for The Zanies. It will all be about Hope and the bigggggggger news. That stuff is shared on the newsletter first. Don’t miss out!

So, since I am so busy and forgetful, I did go out to Amazon and make Dance with Me free starting Oct 25 and running through Oct 27 while free things were on my mind. Sheesh. Something needs to be free for heaven’s sake. But, and by the way, this is for books in the US store only. I am planning a big thing for my other territories where my books are for sale, though.

Here is the link if you want to get it for free. Don’t do that before Oct 25 though as it will be at the normal price until then.

Dance with Me

Enough of my jabbering on. Go out and check out my Amazon site. I have all my work there, and you can get all of it in ebook, some in paper, and one in audio (Another bit of big news coming about this!). Because you know, you need to read my work. And if you have already read everything I have out, well, thank you. I mean that. Reallllly, really.
