Well, happy Black Friday, y’all It’s only a few weeks until Christmas now. I love the month of December for many reasons, one being it is Christmas, but the other being that several of my family celebrate their birthdays. So, I am anxiously anticipating December. Behind the scenes of writing a YA book

Everyone wants to write a book these days it seems. I hear that more books, especially self-pubbed will be coming out in 2014 than ever before. I decided that I would write a post on how An Unexpected Performance came to be. I actually started writing it as a sort of exercise with an online friend. She loved the premise and was pretty instrumental in the creation phase. I have lost touch with her but I do give her props for her input on this book.
