and why do we do it? Social media marketing is nothing new. Authors have been using it for years. I personally have been marketing my work on social media since the early 2000s because it was the only thing we could do and feel successful. Post-Con – what I know I am back from the con, and I survived! Ha-ha–there should be a tee shirt that says “I survived ________ con.” It is a really exhausting experience for those of us who are not used to being “peopled” all day.  You feel mentally drained.
