Inventory a’ la’ Chuck Wendig

Over on Chuck’s blog, back on the 10th or 11th of this month, he introduced a cool little thing that I want to share.

Mainly because I just tried it and it worked, but also because I love writing prompts and this is a good one.

So here it is:
Go to your Twitter account and create a tweet like this:
@youarecarrying inventory

This is sending a message to a bot called youarecarrying and asking for an inventory. There will be an immediate reply to your tweet with an…inventory…of things you are “carrying”.

This is what I got:
YOU ARE CARRYING: ‏@YouAreCarrying 4m
@mkimsmith an old roll of film, a dusty slate, a rock, a bolt cutter, an ultra-plasmic vacuum awl, a lamp, a toothbrush.

My mission should I decide to accept it, write a flash fiction using all of these items. And yeah, you know I will post that baby up here when I am finished.

Have fun and HAPPY FRIDAY,Y’all!
