Christmas week-recipes

Happy Monday-before-Christmas! It’s going to be a busy week for all of us mamas and grandmamas who cook all the goodies for the family get-together that happens at this time. In honor of all of us and hopefully something new and different for some of you, I will be posting up some recipes this week. In fact, these are the ones that I decided NOT to cook/prepare because I had so many already chosen!

Christmas is my favorite time of the year and usually I overdo it. But this year, I picked a few recipes and bought the ingredients and plan on cooking them all on December 24. That way the fridge is good and full, there is always something to munch on, and I am not just dead tired on the big day.

I hope the recipes I share this week will be something that you find helpful and enjoy creating. My usual blogging will return next week with my end of the year look back at 2015, and cool signups and so forth for Disk of Death which is coming soon!

Feel free to share and PIN these recipes until your heart’s content.s

Here is a link to another version of this just in case someone doesn’t find some of the Kool-aid-which I heard was a problem because they don’t make some of this stuff anymore-I would use Hawaiian Punch in place of it, but see this link for more info….
