I got nothing. But this guy does!

I am in Christmas mode over here and writing and posting are taking a back seat…but I did find this on a search on Amazon then digging into the author’s site…wow. He has an awesome book trailer! if this doesn’t make you want to read the book NOTHING WILL! The author is Ransom Riggs and the book is Mrs. Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. Check it out!!
Book Launches, that’s what she said…
…since I am going to be releasing some new work in the near future, I have been filling in the gaps of my time with things like listening to Youtube vids and reading blogs about book launches. What is the best way to do them, and what you can expect from them pre- and post. Like how soon in advance do you plan your blog tour, and try to get reviews, and send out ARCs and …. well, so on. The best thing I’ve written this week…
…started out like this : “This is a story about redemption. Not about a soul, or goods, but about a mother who wants to find her daughter.” Isn’t that cool? The whole piece is the best thing I’ve written in a long while. It’s action-packed, kickass heroine, and ooey gooey fun. Can’t you see the trailer already? I worry that too much world-building will make for such a massive book that it won’t be accepted anywhere. I guess I could add in all the world-building (this IS the rewrite after all) — and then cut the

I wake up with music running through my head sometimes…I think, it has to be a form of insanity to either wake up hearing music, or wake up hearing voices! (for those of you who are wondering, I am not on meds for my cold anymore) But I have heard a lot of writers and musicians have the same trouble. If we didn’t hear voices, (or music) we might never get anything done. This could
