The Inn on Main Street coming soon!
I have some happy news to announce today. I have titled book two in the Mt. Moriah series and it will be coming soon! It’s going to be called THE INN ON MAIN STREET and I just cannot wait to share more of it with you. And my intention is to release it in July. I do have a bit of a dilemma. I need BETA READERS! If you like romance novels, and you would be willing to read it and give me feedback, I would love you a lot. I get messages from people asking when the next book
Mini-con wrapup

The MINI-CON was a HIT! Good morning, friends! Today is the day after the mini-con that my mastermind group, Desoto Writers Alliance, put on at the library. It was SO MUCH FUN! If you were a part of this event, thank you from the bottom of my heart for attending. It was the first of our efforts to bring together writers, aspiring and otherwise. We had members of some local author groups in the crowd and it was so wonderful to see writer buddies that we don’t get to see (aside from online) very often. Many of you came up
What I Know: Post Con Wrapup

Post-Con – what I know I am back from the con, and I survived! Ha-ha–there should be a tee shirt that says “I survived ________ con.” It is a really exhausting experience for those of us who are not used to being “peopled” all day. You feel mentally drained. I also felt physically drained after spending 14 hours in the car going and coming. Thank God for my pal, Linda Rettstatt. She is an excellent driver, and we had a great time talking about writing and books on the trip. My post-con advice would be to be sure to drink
SPOOK-TOBER : And the beginning of con week

Yep. It’s October and you know what that means! IMAGINARIUM 2016 is coming this week! Are you spook- worthy? Last weekend, I changed the theme to zombies but had to change it back as it was not mobile-ready. I don’t like to visit blogs who are not optimized, so I knew it wouldn’t work. Sadly, I haven’t found a cool spook-y theme yet that is. I know, I am such a child. But that works in my favor, because it shows I have an imagination. And having an Imagination is what is necessary for IMAGINARIUM – right? If you haven’t checked
Imaginarium 2015 wrap-up

I am baaaaack! Imaginarium 2015 was a total utter win. Linda Rettstatt and I had a blast. We sold books, signed books, chatted with other writers, took pictures, sat on panels–well, in other words took full advantage of the event. It was held in the Crowne Plaza at the Louisville Airport (not IN the airport but in the vicinity of it) We arrived on Thursday evening so we could get all settled in and take a breath before plunging into the con. It is always a great idea to do this–in case you are taking notes. Have a nice dinner,
