Catching up
Good day, friends! Have you been following the short story here on KimSmithAuthor.com? It’s called The Whiteboard, and we are nearing the end. If you are new to the blog, or new to the short story, you can find part one and begin your journey below.
EVENTS: By the way, I will be at the Southaven Library in Southaven Mississippi participating in my very first WORKSHOP! It’s an all-day mini-con for aspiring authors. Registration is closed now, but we will definitely be doing this again. Maybe next time it will be more focused on the needs of a writer who has mastered the first manuscript and is going for the gold.
If you have signed up, I cannot wait to chat with you over our FREE lunch!
Be sure to bring your questions!
Also, if you are a new fan/follower, don’t forget to subscribe to the blog (sidebar) or get in on The Zanies newsletter (top of page).
Writer tip: If you are a writer, but still do not have a website, may I recommend that you get one? I will be happy to help you design it. Check out my A-1 Author’s Assistant link here : http://wp.me/P3VxaG-19g
I can quote you for any project big or small.
On the writing front for me…I haven’t done anything new. I know…I know. It’s just a really busy time here at Smith Casa. I have a lot of ideas but so far have had nothing go from brain to page. It’s like waiting for Christmas. When I finally get down to the big stuff, I really tear into it.
And it feels like Christmas too, I get so much enjoyment from writing! I don’t know how I manage to go so long without putting something on page. I suppose some might say blogging is a good substitute.
Well, okay then! I have done my writing for the day. Hope you have a good one!
